We want you to feel confident and empowered in your Scarlett Gasque pieces, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original Scarlett Gasque gift box and protective mailer, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene strips are attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
